WHAT IS THE PRODUCT?
Hyaluronic acid is present in all of us but as we age the amount decreases and the skin becomes dryer, thinner and wrinkled. It is a clear gel that is given by injection.
WHERE CAN IT BE USED?
It can be used on folds at the side of the nose, wrinkles around the mouth and to enhance and define lips.
HOW IS IT ADMINISTERED?
Given by injection. The dentist is ideally placed to give these types of treatments as you can be given local anaesthetic and have your facial treatment done with no discomfort at all.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
It normally lasts 6-9 months but all treatments are reviewed after 2 weeks and can be topped up and further treatments discussed.
